2020 OFFICE PROJECT

Originally a residential property, the building had been converted into a retail unit with a lacklustre approach to materials and finishes.

2020 stripped the building right back, exposing a number of original features including a tongue and groove timber ceiling and beautiful Bann brick walls. A crisp, geometric, plywood reception desk that climbs up the wall and across the ceiling, juxtapose the rustic feel of the original textures.
