PRE DESIGNED HOMES.
At 2020 Architects we like to pride ourselves on offering our services to cater for all clients; whether it’s high specification and entirely bespoke through to a modest low budget home. As we are also passionate about design, to cater for these needs we offer the concept of our ‘pre-designed’ homes.
These homes are offered on a limited run and present an opportunity for providing an exciting and refreshing design without having to commission us to design a bespoke home; we can also offer these at a reduced design fee over our bespoke individual designs.
As each home should be personal to its owner, we are also happy to accommodate changes within the designs to allow you to put your own stamp on it and to address any particular site conditions or constraints.
As part of our service we can find you a suitable builder in your area or if you would like to tackle your own ‘Grand Design’, we can walk you through the project from start to finish.
