We are looking to renovate/extend our home, can we use this service?
Yes, this service also covers alterations to existing homes, however we do require a set of existing plans & elevations to base our designs on. If you don’t have access to a copy of your plans, we can arrange for your home to be surveyed and a set of plans drawn up.
Do you visit the site?
For this particular service, we don’t visit your site. However, with access to online maps along with any surveys/photos provided by you, we can gather all the information required to prepare a bespoke design, individually tailored to your unique site.
Can I still use you for the planning application or construction drawings?
Yes, if you would like to continue with our services following the design stage, we are happy to provide you with an additional quote for our planning and construction drawing services.
How is the area calculated to determine the price?
The overall fee is calculated using the external footprint of the house (on each storey). Extensions and renovations are calculated using the external footprint of the extension (on each storey) and the area of any rooms that are subject to alterations.
