We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Senior Architect or Senior Architectural Technician to join our award-winning practice. The position will be based in our Ballymoney office, but offering flexible working with regards location and hours.
Candidate Requirements:
- 10+ years post-qualification experience.
- Extensive experience in producing Building Control & Tender packages for Residential new builds and extensions.
- Extensive experience in administering JCT contracts or equivalent.
- Extensive experience in overseeing projects on site.
- Successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing projects after the planning stage, liaising directly with clients to guide them through the Building Control, Tender and Construction stages of their project.
